5 Reasons Why…..

We wish Racing Games were real.

After playing Need For Speed: Most Wanted the other night I started thinking what if racing games were real.
These are the 5 reasons that I thought would be nice if it were true.

1. Always Green - No matter how much you loose in racing games you never to be less than at least £100 or $100 in cash. And if you ever to run out of money you just regain it by racing some more. Whether it be on the pro circuit or on the street this would help so many people…..ah if only it were true.

2. I Smell Bacon - For some reason don’t know why but in racing games they always make you a bit faster than the police, if this were true we’d all have fun speeding knowing that we’d get away with it and be able to lead a normal life until the next time we have to speed away from the cops. Another thing with car games is as well as being able to speed away from the police is that instead of getting imprisoned for the unlimited amount of violations you can have all that is received is just a slap on the wrist and pay a fine.

3. Car Damaged? No Problem - If there is ever any damages to your car in the game you get them instantly repaired, rather than having to put your car into the garage and wait for god knows how long until it gets repaired. Also with this feature you get know what EXACTLY is wrong with your vehicle. Unlike in real life where u could spend forever not knowing what is wrong and end frustrated or crying; which ever one you prefer. The same instant feature is nice for performance, parts or visual upgrades.

4. No Pain, No Gain - Although there is always the risk of you ride getting damaged, always remember in this reality that no matter how heavy, fast or slow the accident is you are free from harm. I myself have been in a car accident and it ain’t a nice feeling, so knowing that you are about to crash or even fall off a cliff it would be a nice change that it would be possible if you could just let go of the wheel and just relax. This I think should be a factor some racing games should put in; that is a health gauge for the driver. Would make the game more realistic.

5. Keep Dreaming - In any racing game you can buy your dream car, or in fact multiple dream cars in some cases. And how have you paid for it? By racing and somehow magically having money in the first place to purchase a vehicle. And the fact that you can completely customize a car that is worth over £40,000 by a swift click of a button and if you don’t like it change it all within seconds. I mean if you had your Porsche or Ferrari customized to something you hated in reality you would be furious and have to wait for the same amount of time you did to have it customized in the first place bu with gaming its all done by a click of a button. How many of you have ever just wished that the car your driving on screen came that easily into your hand in real life?
