My New Phone - LG KS360

We wish Racing Games were real.
After playing Need For Speed: Most Wanted the other night I started thinking what if racing games were real.
These are the 5 reasons that I thought would be nice if it were true.
1. Always Green - No matter how much you loose in racing games you never to be less than at least £100 or $100 in cash. And if you ever to run out of money you just regain it by racing some more. Whether it be on the pro circuit or on the street this would help so many people…..ah if only it were true.
2. I Smell Bacon - For some reason don’t know why but in racing games they always make you a bit faster than the police, if this were true we’d all have fun speeding knowing that we’d get away with it and be able to lead a normal life until the next time we have to speed away from the cops. Another thing with car games is as well as being able to speed away from the police is that instead of getting imprisoned for the unlimited amount of violations you can have all that is received is just a slap on the wrist and pay a fine.

Just what I’ve always thought to be honest, a former Xbox Europe VP stated that he can see gaming consoles dead within 10-15 years. Truthfully I’ve never got into them, I find that their over priced and by the time you’ve got all the games and stuff for it another model from another manufacturer thats better than what you have got comes out. Its an extremely competitive market and if the consoles don’t make it within in about at least a month that to me kinda tells us whether or not its going to go well for that company; a good example of this is the Sega Dreamcast, it was ahead of it’s time in my view therefore not many people were interested in it so therefore after a few months on the market it was pulled from production. At first I didn’t think the PS3 was going to kick off, but now it turns out due to the death of HD DVD that PS3s have been selling really well lately since it is considered a cheap Blu-Ray player.

Another laptop that seems to be making an impact on size and weight is Intel’s Metro, although I have been having difficulty to find it on the the specs of it and how much and when it will be available as it is only a concept at this point. The only information that I know is that it’s got a Core Duo inside it, it’s 1KG in weight and the thinnest point is 0.7 Inches, the wireless notebook also has a feature in which the user can switch between WI-FI, Bluetooth and WiMax with in aerial. The idea behind it is that it is completely wireless for the user, and there is one nice feature of the notebook and that is, even when the laptop is switched off there is a screen on the outside that stays on that lets you check your e-mails, news etc very quickly without having to boot up.
So in the end I’m not convinced by the WBA as of yet seeing as Sony already made a laptop back in 2004 close enough to it’s size but I am convinced by the technology inside it so we’ll just have to wait to see what happens within the next line of laptops from other company’s if they can get their hands on the technology.

Ah if only Christmas was sooner; wouldn’t mind getting my hands on one of these (preferably the Zelda one). The gold edition of the DS comes with The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and its very own Signature Logo of Zelda emblazoned on the DS itself….Now that made me cream. These two Special Editions are said to be released on the 23rd of this month, however there is no say on the price yet. But rumours have believe that it will be around $150 (but for the UK I’m guessing it’ll be about £100)

This very nice slim designed is a new Back Lit HD LCD TV soon to relesed by LG. It’s 47inch screen comes with a very nice slim design, 1080p support and built in speakers. However the actual specifications are not yet to be released. However rumour around is that it has a High Contrast Ratio with Automatic Brightness and Colour Optimizing Technologies. If only I weren’t a student I wouldn’t say no to splashing out on one of these babies.

Personaly to me this does sound like a good idea. But what of us people in Scotland, the most amount of sun we get is about 3 days a year. But overall I’m never too keen on bluetooth headsets. Yes they do give us hands free and is all good for keeping with the law of not driving with your mobile phone but think they should of atleast had some sort of nicer lookin design, like Lee Evans said “it’s like you’ve gone into a battle with a Walrus and lost”. Thats the perfect description I find for them. So for now I’ll keep to my handsfree kit with my Walkman Phone.
